Troubleshooting Tips

I am unable to access Wealth HorizonTM from my computer.
In order to view our site you must have Microsoft® Internet Explorer® version 5.5 with Service Pack 2, or later.

How do I find out what version of Microsoft Internet Explorer is loaded on my computer?
Open Internet Explorer, select Help>About Internet Explorer. Under “Version” it should say 5.5 or later. Under “Update Versions” it should say “SP2”.

I am unable to view Microsoft Excel documents on my computer.
In order to open documents created in Excel, you must have Microsoft Excel (part of Office 97 or later) or the Microsoft Excel viewer.

To download and install the latest version of Microsoft Excel Viewer, please visit the Microsoft Download Center by clicking the following link.

I am unable to open .PDF files on my computer.
In order to open .PDF files you must have the Adobe Acrobat reader or the Adobe Acrobat viewer.

To download and install the latest version of Adobe Reader, please visit Adobe’s website by clicking the following
link.
